Pet Policy:

Pets Welcome Upon Approval.
Breed restrictions apply.
Limit of 2 pets per home.
Maximum adult weight is 35 pounds.
Non-refundable pet fee is $300 per pet.
Monthly pet rent of $30 will be charged per pet.

Aggressive breeds are prohibited, such as: Rottweiler, Chow, Pitbull, Doberman Pinscher, American Bulldog, Bull Terrier, Staffordshire Terrier, Bullmastiff, Can Corso, Boerboel, and Dogo Argentino, or any dog that is mixed with these breeds is also prohibited.
We require vet records to confirm breed, weight, and current shot records.
